Service Description

Once we find the home of your dreams we will set up a closing, which is typically 45-60 days after writing up an offer, unless it is a cash closing, which can be a quicker close. This closing will either be at the bank or done with a closing company. About a week or so before the estimated close date we put on the purchase agreement, we will determine if that day is still acceptable and set up a day and time to close on your new home! We will complete a final walk through of the home before closing and then meet at the closing to sign all the paperwork the lender or closing company requires.
