Service Description

After the closing date is set up, we will do a final walk-thru of the home before the closing. This is just to be sure the home is left in the same condition it was found in before the offer was made. This is also to check and be sure that appliances were left if they were supposed to, any things required to be done per inspections were completed, etc. You also get to check out your new home one last time before the closing!
